The title is Waterdeep: City Heist

Waterdeep: Dragon Heist will be available on September 20, 2018. The book is designed for running adventures in the fantasy city Waterdeep, the fables “City of Splendors” in the Forgotten Realms. The adventure preview says that players need to use diplomacy, intrigue, stealth, and their wits to follow clues and solve puzzles in this daring, urban treasure hunt.

Coming off their hugely successful Tomb of Annihilation, which was a jungle-based exploration, a city-based adventure is a logical followup.

The Dungeons & Dragons team have been live-streaming the announcement during the “Stream of Many Eyes”, a 72 marathon that offers further teases of the Waterdeep: Dragon Heist 2018 storyline. Tune in to twitch.tv/dnd to get glimpses of key locations of the city of Waterdeep, including the Yawning Portal Inn and the Field of Triumph, custom built for the stream. Given the importance of streaming for the huge surge of D&D popularity, announcing a written tabletop RPG product on Twitch makes sense.

Sadly, there are few images of the actual RPG product, but you can view images of the actors, performers, and the film set they created for the stream below:
