7. The Mandalorian’s Second Season Gets an Official Release Date
Mark it on your calendars, folks: October 30th! There’s not much more that needs be said for this to be exciting for nerds, but we’ll remind you, too, that Rosario Dawson is bringing Ahsoka Tano to life in this season! Get hyped!

6. D&D Breaks Onto the Magic: The Gathering Scene
We’ve seen a couple of Magic: The Gathering products come to D&D 5e (like Guild Master’s Guide to Ravnica and Mythic Odysseys of Theros), and now the card game is getting a set entitled Dungeons and Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms sometime in Q3 of next year. The set will be standard-legal and black-bordered. It was announced alongside others bits of news including the statement that Magic: The Gathering Arena will be coming to mobile “soon.”

5. Renegade Games Holding BGG Giveaway
You could win $100 worth of Renegade Games titles this month just for adding one of their September releases to your wishlist on Board Game Geek (BGG). To qualify, all you have to do is add one of the following titles to your wishlist:

4. Silk TV Series Confirmed; Other Marvel Shows Likely to Follow
Sony Pictures still owns the rights to a number of Marvel Comics characters, and they’re beginning to put them to work. Confirmed so far is a Silk TV series. The character, Cindy Moon, was featured in Spider-Man: Homecoming as a classmate of Peter’s played by Tiffany Espensen, but it’s yet to be confirmed if she will hold the role in the upcoming series. 3. Pandasaurus Launching Dino-based Games on Kickstarter
Dinosaur World is a standalone sequel to Dinosaur Island that will feature the familiar dice drafting and worker placement mechanics of the original. Dinosaur Island: Rawr N’ Write also features dice drafting, but also incorporates a polyomino approach to building placement. Both hit Kickstarter on September 22nd.

2. Watch 20/20 Tribute to Chadwick Boseman and Download Free Black Panther Comics
Disney+ is now home to the 20/20 episode entitled, “Chadwick Boseman: A Tribute for a King.” To find it, navigate to the Extras tab for the Black Panther movie. Comixology also continues (as of the time of the writing of this article) to offer Black Panther comic titles for free over on their site, which you can access by searching for “Black Panther” and clicking on Single Issues.

1. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Announced
Set 100 years before the events of Breath of the Wild, this Musou-styled game is coming at us in November of this year! You can catch a trailer, introduce by the Legend of Zelda series producer himself, Eiji Aonuma!
