7. Pathfinder: Kingmaker Coming to Consoles
Due out on August 18th, the game will feature a new turn-based combat system that can be toggled on and off. That feature will also be implemented in a free update to the PC version.

6. PS5 Event Reveals Over Two Dozen Games
Sony’s hour-long event caused quite the buzz across the internet. It featured a closer look at the controller, a first look at the console’s design, and 26 games – although launch titles remain largely unclear. 5. Legendary Batman Writer Denny O’Neil Passed Away
Dennis “Denny” O’Neil wrote prolifically and edited a number of Batman titles for decades. He also had creative involvement with other characters and franchises like Green Lantern, Green Arrow, The Shadow, The Question, Superman, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Daredevil, Transformers (he is credited with naming Optimus Prime!), and GI Joe. He died of natural causes at the age of 81.

4. Star Wars Celebration 2020 Cancelled
COVID-19 claims another convention casualty! The event will return August 18-21, 2022. ABC News’ Clayton Sandell suggested that the cancellation will likely result in a larger Star Wars presence at next year’s D23 Expo.

3. ComicCon@Home Details
ComicCon@Home will be held July 22-26, be completely free (while still affording diehard fans a print-at-home badge), and feature presentations, panels, interactive activities, and even an Exhibition Hall offering con-exclusive merchandise and deals.

2. New Iron Man Comic Coming in September
Christopher Cantwell will write what is being labelled as a relaunch title, and says that he’s “aiming to explore the question: who should Iron Man be today? An angel? A god? Or just a humble man?” With the announcement came the reveal of a brand new armor for the Avenger, as well, that looks like an updated version of some of his more classic designs.

1. Star Wars: Squadrons Trailer
Star Wars: Squadrons lets players pilot iconic ships from the Rebel Alliance and the Empire in galactic dogfights! While Star Wars video games have often had opportunities for ship combat, a title hasn’t been dedicated entirely to that convention since the Rogue Squadron series from the late 90s and early 2000s. Squadrons is due out in October. Catch the trailer below!
