Marvel Strike Force: Campaign Events and SCREAM

I so, U so, we all SCREAM for ISO!

Ok, that was lame…

Welcome back to Marvel Strike Force (MSF) Mondays. Each week we break down one more aspect of the hottest mobile game, Mobile Strike Force!

Well MSF community, was this the greatest update in Mobile Strike Force history, I think so! ISO 8 is ALL the rage. It seems like all the fears of MSF ending up like Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes (SWGOH) was overblown. This mod system is great! And the campaign nodes were fun and I like the mad Scientist Supreme storyline. Just top-notch mobile gaming entertainment!

There is no shortage of ISO 8 videos since it dropped, but here is a nice concise video by McMole and all you SWGOH defectors know McMole well!

There is also a nice little Google Sheet that Remanex has floating around that will help you place the right ISOTOPES on your characters.

We also have a Campaign unlock event coming up for SCREAM!

Early Grind, Then Cruise Control

So when the Campaign begins, you will need to assemble your team and power through the nodes. You will have to enter the nodes and hopefully you have a team that can at least auto fight and win. Mr. FTP breaks down the best characters to use and how powerful they should be. But you will need to grind through all the nodes and unlock as many as possible with 3 stars so then you can go in each day and cruise control with auto win for your daily energy!

When you do this, make sure to always go to your furthest progression point and work backwards. As you collect orb shards I recommend to hoard and opening all at once, but I get it, we play a game on our phone cause we are all about the quick fix!

So do what you want with your orbs? MR. FTP says your goal should be 4-star Scream and you could possibly get 5 star with lucky pulls. But don’t be dismayed if you don’t get all Scream orbs, because there are a lot of other characters worth getting through these orbs.

Save on Other In-Game Currency

MR. FTP points out that there are a handful of characters that will save you having to spend valuable in game currency to purchase if you get them through this event:

Mr. Sinister – War
Carnage – War Store
Graviton – War
Deadpool – Arena
Human Torch – Arena
Quake – Arena
Rocket – Raid

The real high hopes here have to be the War Store gang. War store currency is so valuable and you can get so much good gear if you can gain the character shards elsewhere. You can also invest the War store currency on X – 23!

Save Time!

Here are the characters that you can save on time:

Ms. Marvel
Venom
Ghost Rider
Green Goblin
Quake

Quake just got added to a node and Green Goblin is now in two nodes. However, if you can get characters shards for them in these events you can farm other hard to get characters like Shocker, Mr. Fantastic, and Vision.

Not to mention if you are pushing for upcoming Legendary events, you can maybe get ahead of your farming time table!

Game Radar

Blitz: Monday is everyone’s favorite sharpshooter, Bullseye. And we get lucky on Thursday with Domino!

Events: SCREAM. If you didn’t watch the video, you need characters with the Metamorphosis tag. The dream team for this event is the 3 existing Symbiotes: Spidey, Venom and Carnage, along with Emma Frost and anyone with Marvel in her name. Mr. Sinister would be good as well.

Upcoming Legendary: Phoenix is HAPPENING, so level up you Villain, Mystic Controllers! Remember these need to be 6 stars as Phoenix is the premier Legendary character!

Black Bolt: April 27th, August 17th, December 7th (Requires Asgardians 5-star)

Shuri: May 11th, August 31st (Requires Spider-verse 5-star)

Ebony Maw: May 25th, September 14th (Requires Inhumans 5-star with Black Bolt)

Phoenix: June 8th, September 28th (Requires Mystic Villain Controller 6-star)

Star-Lord: June 22nd, October 12th (Requires Guardians or Ravagers 5-star)

Invisible Woman: July 6th, October 26th (Requires Sinister Six 5-star)

Nick Fury: July 20th, November 9th (Requires Kree Minions 5-star)

Magneto: August 3rd, November 23rd (Requires X-Men and/or Brotherhood 5-star)
